Trying to find this chord and it isn’t present. I’ve just bought the lifetime version I hope it wasn’t a mistake!

Hi!

It’s Eb9+ (Augmented Ninth) chord. You can find it in the Chord Dictionary. Additionally, if you don’t see any chord - you can create it using “Add Custom Chord” feature.
